  • The National Association of Community and Restorative Justice (NACRJ) Restorative Justice Map & Directory features current educational, community, and municipal restorative justice programs.

 

  • The NACRJ Policy and Legislation contains current and historic information relating to national and state legislation impacting, or specific to, community and restorative justice.

Lexis Search Tips

Log in to Lexis+ using your VLGS Lexis account*.

  • In the search bar on the Lexis+ home page, click the drop-down arrow next to All Content and select Statutes and Legislation. Under Jurisdiction, limit your search to a particular federal circuit or state, if desired.
  • Enter search terms in the box and tap the magnifying glass button to run the search.
  • From the results page you can further narrow your search by selecting filters in the left-hand column. You can also "search within results" to add extra keywords and narrow down the number of results.

Westlaw Search Tips

Log in to Westlaw using your VLGS Westlaw account*.

  • In the search bar on the Westlaw home page, use the Jurisdiction box to limit your search to a particular federal circuit or state, if desired.
  • In the Content Types tab below the search box, select Statutes & Court Rules, Regulations, or Proposed & Enacted Legislation to pre-focus your search.
  • Enter search terms in the box and tap the magnifying glass button to run the search.
  • From the results page you can further narrow your search by selecting filters in the left-hand column. You can also "search within results" to add extra keywords and narrow down the number of results.
