Ebooks

Anvanced keyword search screen with EBOOK selectedWe have hundreds of thousands of ebooks you can access from anywhere!

To find and use them:

  1. Ebooks automatically show up in JULIEN search results along with our print titles. If you ONLY want ebooks in the results, use the Advanced Keyword Search to access the Material Type field, then choose EBOOKS.  
  2. You'll need your VLGS login credentials to access the majority of our ebooks. Others require your Westlaw or Lexis+ login. You'll be prompted for the appropriate login when you click on the link to the ebook in JULIEN.
  3. See the ebook guide for more information about different ebook platforms or downloading ebooks.

You do not need a My JULIEN account to access ebooks.

Print Books

See a print title in JULIEN you are interested in?

  • If you need just a chapter or section from a book in our collection, we will retrieve, scan, and email it to you if it's under 30 pages. Send your request for a scan to library@vermontlaw.edu.
  • If you need a larger number of pages or the whole book, you can request the book from our library using the ILL form on our website. Click on the Document Delivery and ILL tab in this guide for more information.

My JULIEN Accounts

While you don't need a My JULIEN Account to access ebooks, your account is useful if you want to renew a checkout, place a hold on a book, or create lists of titles you're interested in. You can access your account on the My JULIEN webpage. Just click on the "Don't have a PIN? Forgot Yours?" link to create a PIN.
